Strengths: Exceedingly fast, zero noise, very low heat, very low energy consumption. Product package is a very small box -- no waste.

Weakness: Minor: Required purchase of an adapter to fit it in a standard hard 3.5" drive bay, and a SATA cable.

Intel has already discontinued support for this drive

Strengths: Fast initially, but lack of TRIM firmware upgrade is a short-term liability

Weakness: NO TRIM FIRMWARE UPDATE

There are new "second generation" SSDs that Intel has issued that are supported. This drive is a "first generation" drive and Intel has stopped supporting this product. Support OCZ: pick up a Vertex drive instead and you won't be disappointed.
